Product Range Selection:
Gravity Casting
Our castings are made using gravity casting technology (steel moulds) including the use of sand cores.
We are able to produce castings from 0.1 kg up to 30 kg/pc.
Low-pressure Casting
Using low-pressure technology provides high repeatability of serial production of castings with maximum use of liquid metal (up 97%).
Sand Casting
Sand casting technology to deploy prototype production piece and small batch orders. The advantage for the customer is several times lower priced models compared to ingot and shorter delivery times.
X-ray Inspection
X-ray equipment is regularly used for random check of internal quality of castings. On customer request we provide 100% X-ray inspection of castings before despatch.
Mechanical Machining
Affiliate Metalik s.r.o. has in use 22 CNC machines.
